"MGP" refers to the entity My Glamour Place and its sub-sites including but not limited to MGP-Cosmos, MGP-Fashion,, MGP-sprees, MGP-pre-order, Myglamourplace.livejournal.com
- MGP will not be responsible of lost of mail for normal postage.
- MGP strongly recommend Registered Mail.
- MGP will inform you if any item is out of stock
- In-stock Item will be shipped within 3 working days after payment verification.
- MGP will at its best discretion ensure that the items sent out are of satisfactory condition.
- There is strictly no exchange for cosmetics/skincare products.
- In any case, if exchange is granted for fashion tops/dresses, it will be of the same item to prevent abuse. If the item is out of stock, a same value item will be replaced or top-ups for higher value items.
- Pertaining to the above point, exchange must be done within 7 working days after item is received.
- MGP will ensure that your personal information and details including but not limited to email address, bank information, clothes sizes are not disclosed to third party.
- MGP reserved all the rights to the pictures taken in our studio. Any intention to use including but not limited to websites, prints, magazines and other purposes requires the written permission of MGP or any of its associates.
