MGP Return Policy
- All goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.
- In the event of any defect(s), we will grant exchange to a identical item to prevent abuse of the system.
- Only in event of the item being out-of-stock, we will allow exchanges to another item.
- For exchanges to an item of lower value, we will keep any difference as credits.
- Top-up may be required for items of higher value.
- For defect(s), the defective piece(s) must be returned to us for any exchange.
- We do not entertain exchanges due to sizes or colours.
- MGP reserves all rights to exchanges & returns.
- All defects must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase.
